General Manager - Operations

The General Manager – Operations will be responsible for the overall operational performance of the organisation’s PMC portfolio, ensuring that projects are executed with consistency, discipline and accountability across Cost, Time, Quality, Safety and Client Satisfaction. The role will lead Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams, establish project governance systems, strengthen operational processes, drive performance through MIS and KPIs, and act as the key bridge between Senior Management, Clients, Consultants, Contractors and Project Teams.
