GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead overall PMC operations and project delivery.
- Monitor Cost, Time, Quality, Safety & Client Satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Review project progress, risks, budgets and performance.
- Drive SOPs, MIS, KPIs and operational governance.
- Manage key client, consultant and contractor relationships
- Ensure timely resolution of project issues and escalations.
- Drive resource planning, productivity and cost optimisation.
- Ensure quality, safety and statutory compliance.
- Support business growth, client retention and repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15–20+ years of experience, preferably in PMC / Construction Consultancy.
- Strong experience managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams.\
- Proven leadership in Project & Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of Planning, QS, Contracts, MEP, Quality & Safety.
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- Results-driven, accountable and capable of handling senior-level responsibilities.
- Age: 40–45 years.
