A state of an art facility built on a 9 acre plot located just beside the Bengaluru-Mumbai highway amassing an area of 75,000 sft is a combination of RCC and PEB structure.

A three storey RCC structure brings up the elevation, followed by the production unit. A majestic green wall covers up the front facade of the elevation giving it an unique look. The production unit has RCC columns in the periphery of the structure while the centre columns are PEB. The entire shell is closed by sandwiched panels at the roof and walls are cladded with it as well.

The facility has its own canteen in the 9 acre plot which is traditionally crafted with a courtyard and Mangalore tiled roofing, bringing in a rural touch.

With an aim to achieve green building certification, the dots are joined very meticulously, yet ambitiously.
